Today was a fun Halloween. We didn't have anything big so we were able to relax and enjoy the holiday. Ryan found a giant bowl in the cupboard and decided it could be better used as a chair.
I got little pumpkins to paint and Kyrie had a blast. Ryan fell asleep so Kyrie had the table to herself.
She liked to mix the colors to make rainbows.
We found out that the neighborhood behind us is the best place ever to go trick-or-treating. I guess they don't get quite as many kids, so they gave out hand fulls of candy. Kyrie and Ryan loved it! Ryan was not going to be left out and had to go to every door with Kyrie. It was so warm we didn't even have to wear jackets but it did sprinkle half of the time.
The kids got so much candy. I have never seen anything like it. We only went on 2 1/2 streets and between the 2 of them they scored this.....
2 giant bowls full. There was even a dozen full size candy bars. We never got that when I was a kid. I would say it was a success.

Holy cow, candy haul!!!!! You are definantly going to have to share with them! I love the kids costumes and they look so happy! Kyrie looks in heaven painting her pumpkin. Must have been a great day for her!

Man, i need to come there for trick-or-treating! The kids look adorable! I'm glad they liked the trick or treating. The weather here was perfect as well. I also like the pumpkin painting. i'll have to keep that one in mind for Parker for next year!
