This picture of Kyrie and Santa was actually from last weekend at our ward Christmas party. This time seeing Santa she had no fear of him and actually had quite the conversation with him. I couldn't hear all she said but it was quite extensive. It had Luke and I wondering what she was saying. This year we had to do things a little different because of our trip to Utah. Santa knew we didn't need that much extra stuff to bring home. We leave on Friday and Luke has tests tomorrow and Friday so today was our only option for both of us to see the kids reactions to the presents. And what a reaction! They were even more excited when they started opening the presents. Santa knew Kyrie wanted some new dress up clothes.Ryan was even speechless at times. Well soundless for him since he doesn't really talk much yet.
Ryan was such a nice boy and even helped Luke with his presents.Of course the ribbon is a definite bonus toy. Ryan got a big train set which he actually plays with and some new tractors. The hard part is sharing with his sister.Kyrie got just what she asked Santa for. A new Snow White doll and a couple dress up out fits. This one is the one she wanted on first.
Now we just have to try to get packed and ready for our trip to Utah. We can't wait!
Merry Christmas to you guys too! I love the pictures and video... makes me laugh! The kids were so adorable with their presents! Glad it all worked out and having Santa come early worked well. Good luck on friday, we can't wait to see you!
i love how excited your kids are! It makes me so excited to see Parker next week! I can't wait to see you guys so soon! I'm glad you guys were able to have Santa come early for you, I'm sure it helped a ton!
What a great idea to have Santa come early. I'm glad it all worked out and you were able to have some fun mixed in with the stress of tests and packing.
I just read everything I've missed since I haven't checked blogs lately. You've been very busy! I'm glad you were able to see family for Thanksgiving. I hope you're enjoying your time in Utah. Happy New Year!
