This week was a super crazy week. It was girls camp, and although I didn't go the whole time it sure was crazy arranging rides and managing emergency calls. The kids and I drove our camp director Vicki and our 4th year up on Monday and it took most of the day since we were at the camp for a couple hours before driving back home. Then Tuesday I watched my friend Sierra's kids so she could drive the rest of the girls up. Thursday night I got a call from Vicki up at camp Mack and we had a very sick young woman that needed to go home that night. It is almost a 2 hour drive and it was already 7 pm. Luckily someone in the stake was driving home and was able to bring her as far as Jarrettown, PA. A 40 minute drive is much better than 1 3/4 hours and I was able to find someone to go get her. I drove up Friday afternoon and stayed the night to avoid falling asleep at the wheel from driving home at 11:00 pm. It was better to stay anyway so I could spend some time with the girls. It was a wonderful evening full of beautiful music and testimonies. I was able to stay in the lodge with a couple other gals but one of them was a horrible snorer and I didn't get any sleep. But that's what girls camp is all about, isn't it? The only pictures I got were of the games they played with the Bishops.

As much as I love the girls, I am so glad to have camp over with. It was so much work to prepare for especially being short handed in our presidency. Thank goodness we had Vicki who was an amazing camp director!!
I got a new 1st counselor today so between that and trek and camp being over with, I hope things settle down for awhile. Luke finished his OB rotation of Friday, which is how I was able to sleep up at camp Friday night. He starts his Psychiatric rotation tomorrow and I am hoping the hours are more like family practice hours than OB.
Kyrie's Urology appointment is coming up in a week and a half and I hope they can figure out what's wrong with her. She just finished yet another round of antibiotics for another bladder infection. She can't seem to catch a break. I just wish it wouldn't have taken 4-5 months to get into the Urologist.
I am feeling a lot less stressed with everything calming down a little. Our car even passed safety and emission tests which is great considering our luck with cars since we moved to Philly. Now if I could just get the kids to stop fighting so much. ;)

I am way glad you are done with the big stuff ( : I hope you had a good time, minus getting no sleep. That looks like a fun game. I am very glad to hear that you have a new 1st counselor. Good luck to Luke with his Psychiatric rotation. That could be a little interesting...
So glad to hear Girls Camp went well. And I am really happy for you to have a 1st councelor again. You needed some help! I do hope for your sake that things calm down slightly. It's hard to juggle so many different things when you have kids that you don't have babysitters for. I hope all goes well for Kyrie's appt and they get her going on some tests or something. The wait and see approuch just isn't working. Tell Luke to enjoy his psychiatric rotation. That ought to provide him with some interesting stories. You'll have to tell us how it goes!
Hope you can figure stuff out for Kyrie! I wonder what the psychiatric rotations will be like.
