Kyrie had her 5 year old check-up today to get her ready for kindergarten. I am going to her Elementary school tomorrow to register her for next fall. I still can't believe I am going to be the parent of a kindergartner.
Here are just a few things about Kyrie:
-She weighs 30 lbs. and is 37 1/2 inches tall (less than 3rd percentile for both)
- She knows and can write all her letters
- She can write her name and the rest of the names in our family
- She is learning to read and today at the doctors read the word "staff" off a poster in the office (it surprised me and the doctor in with us)
- She is learning easy Math like 1+3 and seems to enjoy it
- She loves a big variety of toys but her favorites are her Jessie doll, barbie, doctor pony, and her pillow pet
- She can be happy one minute and crying the next (I assume that is just the age)
- She wants to be a princess mommy when she grows up
- Her favorite colors are pink and blue
- She has a big imagination and uses it all the time
- She loves to do crafts and is constantly asking to do one
- She loves preschool and is learning so much

Wow, Parker has officially outweighed Kyrie now by 1 1/2 pounds. She is sooo small. Like her mamma. I'm sure it's worse for you, but it is crazy for me that she is in kindergarten this year! Wow!!!
