This month Kyrie was chosen out of all her class to be the student of the month for being respectful.
They had a special breakfast for the students of the month on Tuesday where they were given a certificate and button along with a yummy cupcake. This is the principal giving Kyrie her certificate.
Another great part of the breakfast was that Kyrie's little friend Carter from our ward was the student of the month picked from his class. I think it kind of says something when 2 of the first students of the month are probably the only 2 Latter Day Saint kids in their school.
I don't really know what they were thinking giving the kids a bunch of sugar right before school but the kids really enjoyed it.
The school took pictures of the kids and hung them in the front of the school by the office so everyone can see them.
I am so glad that Kyrie has chosen to be good even when I am not around to remind her. I hope this continues through out the whole year.

Yay for our little Molly and Peter setting examples accross the...classroom! They are just too cute!
That is so fun!!! Way to go Kyrie! And for being respectful, that is way awesome ( : I agree with what you said, about it probably not being a coincidence that both kids are LDS. Cute girl, cute pictures!
