Luke has collected Legos since he was little and now he is starting to rub it off onto Ryan. Two of the ships in these pictures are from a long time ago and the other two are from Pirates of the Caribbean and are fairly new. Ryan and Kyrie love to play with them and ask all the time. So I thought it would be fun for them to stay put together but out of reach unless supervised.
This is the solution I came up with. I put them up in Ryan's room and now they are decorations as well as toys.

My eldest brother is still Lego-mad. He recreated a space photograph that was about 5x5 metres, so when you stood on his second story landing it looked down on it, it looked like the photo. Believe it or not, he has other hobbies. And a wife. Lucky gal, right?
Those ships are cool...and less..."peculiar" people-ish. ;)
P.S. I found you after I clicked through to one of my readers' blogs, and then one of her links. Hey, at least I remember.
Pretty cool. Those are intense sets of legos! I like the solution!
