Valley Forge

Now that we only have 3 weeks until we move, we are trying to get in as many activities we can in between the packing. Last Tuesday Kyrie didn't have school so we went to Valley Forge for the day.

                                   Ryan especially loved the cannons and the soldiers cabins.

National Memorial Arch. This arch was dedicated to the soldiers who wintered at Valley Forge in 1777-78. for their patience and fidelity.

Wayne Statue. This statue stands where Gen. Anthony Wayne's troops encamped.

Washington's Headquarters, in the Isaac Potts house, was the local point of camp activities.
