After more then 3 years living in Philadelphia we finally made it to a Phillies game. It was so much fun!! I am so glad that we went.
This picture of Hunter Pence was taken a few seconds before he broke the bat with his swing and it went flying.
Our tickets weren't that close but just the environment was exciting.
Since the Phillies had already won a spot in the playoffs, they didn't have many of the starters playing. They did bring in a few as pinch hitters though. Shane Victorino was one of them.
We decided that since we may not make it to another game while we live here, we were going to make it count. That included hotdogs, nachos, and yummy ice-cream.
This is the Phillies mascot the Philly Phanatic. At one point he got a darling little girl up on the dug out dancing with him.
Team huddle at the pitchers mound. They brought in Brad Lidge for a little while.
I am so glad the weather cooperated with us and it didn't rain. A special thanks to Charise for watching my kids and even picking Kyrie up from school! It definitly was a date to remember.

I am honestly so glad you guys had a chance to get out and have a good time together. I've never been to a MLB game, but it looks like fun! You look super cute! You two needed a fun date real bad ( : Glad it was fun!

I'm so glad you guys were able to go on a date and see a Phillies game! I'm with you. I love being in the atmosphere at a game.
